In this video below, I show how to download OrCAD footprints for free using Ultra librarian.
You have to do some modifications to the batch file if you're using OrCAD Lite.
For the full license of Allegro 16.6, the batch file is fine without modification.
For the OrCAD or OrCAD Lite software, you need to change 'allegro' to 'allegro.exe -orcad'.
Do not modify or change the '-s' after that.
